OWNERSHIP / WARRANTY
Warranty
Every ameeza object is covered against manufacturing defects, and supported by the people who made it. Here is exactly how that works.
Ownership is part
of the object.
Every ameeza object carries a limited warranty against manufacturing defects, valid from the date of delivery. This page explains what that covers, how to register a purchase, and how to raise a claim.
What the warranty is
A limited warranty against manufacturing defects. It applies to the object as it was supplied, in normal domestic use, and it runs from the date the object is delivered to you — not the date it was ordered.
It sits alongside, and does not replace, your statutory consumer rights in the United Arab Emirates.
Terms still being confirmed
ameeza is a young company and, as stated across this site, published details remain provisional until supplier and logistics confirmation. That includes the warranty period and the published list of exclusions. Until those are published here, our care team confirms in writing which terms apply to your object before any claim is processed. Write to care@ameezastore.com with your order reference and we will send them to you.
01
What is covered
Manufacturing defects in the object as it was supplied, in normal domestic use, from the date of delivery.
The itemised coverage list for each object is confirmed in writing by our care team.
02
What is not covered
The published exclusions list is being finalised and is not yet part of this page.
Until it is published here, our care team confirms in writing which exclusions apply to your object before a claim is assessed.
03
Proof of purchase
- Your ameeza order reference
- The delivery date
- The name the order was placed under
Register a purchase by sending your order reference to our care team and we will keep it on file, so a later claim needs nothing more from you.
Making a claim.
Four steps, handled by a person rather than a form.
01
Write to us
Email care@ameezastore.com with your order reference, the delivery date and a short description of the fault. Photographs help.
02
We confirm the terms
We reply with the warranty terms that apply to your object and tell you what happens next, in writing, before anything is collected.
03
Assessment
We look at the object, or at clear photographs of it, and tell you honestly whether the fault is a manufacturing defect.
04
Resolution
We agree the outcome with you and confirm it in writing. The remedies available under the warranty are confirmed by our care team with the terms.
Returns are separate
A return is not a warranty claim. Unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery — write to us with your order reference and we will arrange collection.
Common questions
Do I have to register my purchase?
No. Registering simply means we already hold your order reference and delivery date, so a later claim takes one email instead of two.
What if I no longer have my order reference?
Write to us with the name and email the order was placed under and the approximate date. We can usually find it.
My object arrived damaged. Is that a warranty claim?
Tell us as soon as you can, ideally on the day of delivery, with photographs. Transit damage is handled directly rather than through a warranty assessment.
Where are prices and terms confirmed?
Prices are in UAE dirhams and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. Prices, imagery, discounts, availability, delivery estimates and specifications are provisional and may change.
STILL NEED A HAND?
Talk to the people who made it.
Our care team handles every warranty question personally. Send your order reference and a short description and we will take it from there.
